In my life
I always try to surround myself with people who are deep minded,
ambitious and
hard workers on their own life views.
I see that if you
surround yourself with lazy people, you're lazy and if there are
productive people
around, you will have a productive life.
You may ask: Why
are you focusing on a productive environment? what about
inner motives? It's
better to have own aims and work hard to reach them, Isn't
it?
I say: yes, we
all have to be our own supporters, we should build our future without waiting
for others to be helpful or encouraged but what do you prefer,
to work in a helpful
environment or a disappointing one?
You also
need people who believe in your qualifications, stand with you in challenges
you face, encourage you to follow your passion in the darkest moments and to share success with them.
You need those people who, you know for sure, won't
gloat when
you fail.
Once I've read an article talks about 9 habits everyone should master before turning 30, one of them was to associate
with those who make you better.
They also mentioned some important quotes
like:
"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time around. You really are the company you keep." LinkedIn founder and chairman Reid Hoffman
And:
"If you really want to reach your highest potential you have to consistently surround yourself with people who challenge you, who are strong where you are weak, and work just as hard or harder than you do," . founder of Raintees, Beth Doane
So
What do you think
about what I have said!
Isn't it the
right time to think about who you are and what do you want?
Isn't it the time
to rethink about people around?
